Much as we had spoken about, the market is drifting lower. When I looked at GSMLS Hotsheets this morning, out of 18 price changes 14 were lowering their price. Also, the listings, in general, are taking slightly longer to go under contract. Then, this morning, I saw that mortgage rates have reached 8%. All this indicates that we are heading for a more normal market. Still a good time to sell and there are still plenty of buyers out there.
